Dritte Etappe

Am Morgen sorgen die Nachrichten auf Deutsche Welle Beststimmung. Heute fängt der Tag gut an. Die Sonne scheint an diesem wunderbaren Morgen, die Vöglein zwitschern, die Bienen summen, das Meer rauscht, rotköpfige Geckos schleichen umher, das Leben sprießt und alles ist in allerbester Ordnung. Man kann sich wirklich des Lebens freuen. So sollte jeder Tag anfangen, dann wäre das leben noch viel angenehmer.
Heute mal alles ganz gemütlich und freudestrahlend angehen lassen. Am Nachmittag ging es zu SIVOM. Ein ganzer Stapel eMails kam gestern Abend an und wurde uns nun zur Ansicht vorgelegt.

Also we wish to emphasize that since the couple is the consignee in Brazil, they will have to pay Brazilian THC themselves, as per our freight quote. Best if you could obtain more information of their intentions, i.e., are they only tourists visiting Brazil or are they coming to Brazil to stay here, or even if they live here? The master of "Clipper Ipanema" just advised that there is no, what he considers, suitable accomodation onboard for these persons - much though he'd like to hv them. There are no attached bath & toilet even for officers. Only common bath & toilets. Right now even the air conditioner is not working. We assume Mr. Besold & Ms. Hinz acept these hard conditions?. Jetzt waren wir sogut wie auf dem Schiff. Was, Teufel, stört mich eine kaputte Klimaanlage auf dem Fisch. Mich ärgerte vielmehr meine kaputte Lüftung im Auto... Ich wußte, heute würde ein schöner Tag werden...
Von dort fuhren wir zum Packing-Service und handelten mit Madame ... (Namensgedächtnis...) einen Preis fürs Verpacken und fürs 'aufs-Schiff-stellen' aus. 350.000 CFA. Der Agent fällt dafür weg oder ist inklusive, jedenfalls nicht gesondert zu verrechnen. Auch gut. Dann noch die 1.800 US$ für den Container und die 50 US$ fürs Verladen. Alles fein. Nur würden wir jetzt ein kleines Geldproblem bekommen, den unsere Finanzen hatten schon viel von denen Afrikas angenommen: Sie sind irgendwo hinverschwunden...
Wir trennten uns von Sam beim Packing-Service und er fragte, ob wir morgen in der Früh um 8 Uhr hier herfinden würden. Ich sagte ja, hatte keine Ahnung wo wir waren und verließ mich darauf, daß Almut wußte, was ich tat. Zur Sicherheit in das GPS die Koordinaten eingeben.
Danach fuhren wir gleich weiter zum Goetheinstitut, wo unsere Reisekasse sich Dank Brigitte ein wenig erholen konnte. Zur Feier des Tages verbrachten wir den Abend wieder in Walters Wirtschaft.
Gegen 21:00 Uhr saßen wir bereits bei Brigitte und lasen erheiternde Schriften, die deshalb erheiternd waren, weil der Autor nicht ganz klar bei Verstand war.
Ich versumpfte bis spät in die Nacht im Internet, dabei stolperte ich über meine eMails von Sam an mich.
